Changes
Have you changed your mind or is it not your act? No problem!
If you wish to change the size, please let us know so that we can inform you of the process. The cost of change transport is only 2€ (in case the amount of the cost, change, transport is paid to the courier, you will be charged +1,80€).
If you wish a credit note to be issued, the product must first be sent back and once receipt is confirmed, we will proceed to issue a credit note whose value is equivalent to the value of the returned products.
Alternatively, you can visit our physical store and make your change there.
You are obliged to send the product in its original packaging and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product (tags).
In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us and the cost of exchange.
No changes are made to the products where this is stated in their description.
Right to Cancel Order
If the online order (checkout) has not been completed, you can cancel the process by pressing the back button on your browser.
If the online order (checkout) has been completed, please contact us by email (hello@monthlies.gr), so that we can inform you further about the procedure to be followed. Your order may be cancelled provided that it has not already been processed by the company.
Departure / Return
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 30 calendar days from the date of issue of the receipt. About the refund, the amount to be refunded is equal to the value of the products and not any shipping or interchange fees. The refund process is completed within 15 working days.
You send the unwanted product back with ACS courier and charge us. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store and make your change there.
In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us and for the return cost which will be borne by the sender.
No returns are made on products where it is stated in the description that «no changes are made».
